Located on the ground floor of an office complex. Is something hard to find. Right next to it are more of these coffee dealers. It is as good as NO English spoken! Careful, who relies on English here. Otherwise, there are many seats available and tables in sufficient quantity. The food is quick and fresh j (as fresh as it is here) cooked. Here the employees of this office building (apparently a public authority) are constantly going to get their coffee, so that the snakes can be a little longer.

Excellent service, the lady always has a smile in her face, I dont make every day to take a coffee and sometimes a little treats. Sometimes there is a long queue, but it does not stop me in my adventure to drink coffee, this sweet hot substance that flows in my mouth and is delicious.

Nice work team, good energy. I lift them up my hat, because when it's (customers peak time) there are not enough people and they keep a good pace. I removed a star because the service is good, but it is more than 2x my order is not as I had asked by the same cashier.She does not smile on me and she serves others and does not serve me or when she does she does not look at me and turns her head in using my order. Next time I would go to another box. I wanted to be nice left chances, but an attitude like her does not give thought back to her checkout. For the rest I have nothing to say.

This Tim is the cheapest place in Complexe-G to have coffee. And it's so attending by the building employees. So it's a bit slow at break time and diner time. But there are three cashier in there.

Very bad service lady in red tunic (not the usual shirt). After buying my usual coffee I asked for an extra empty cup to transfer my soy milk that you do not offer and I refused an empty cup then that Tim Hortons place of the city does it. The lady told me that I had gone to the place of the city then.For an empty cup you have lost a regular customer by your bad service. How much will it cost you to acquire a new client? It's a Tim Hortons in the basement of an office block in what looks like a staff restaurant. That's why at lunch time it is so busy but before then it is a regular Tim Hortons

A registered time slot which is not respected. I wanted to go buy myself a bite to eat around 3:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, but it was already closed ... (disappointment and misunderstanding) If this time slot is outdated, then it should be changed so as not to mislead customers. .
